THIBAUT SLINGENEYER - PROFESSOR OF CRIMINAL LAW
 Born in 1976, Thibaut Slingeneyer has a Master degree in Law and a PhD in Criminology. He defended a thesis entitled “Gouvernementalité et libération conditionnelle” under the direction of Professor Fabienne Brion. He is currently professor at the Catholic University of Louvain and at the University of Saint-Louis – Brussels.
