Florin Streteanu, born in 1972, is Associate Professor in charge of the Criminal Liability of Corporations in Comparative Law course, (2nd cycle level) at the International Faculty of Comparative Law in Strasbourg. Since 2003 he is head of the Criminal and Forensic Sciences Masters Program at the Faculty of Law of the Babes-Bolyai University (Cluj-Napoca). He is also Judge ad hoc of the European Court of Human Rights since 2010. Until 2013 he was the Head of the Criminal Law Department, in charge of the Criminal Law course, at the National Institute of Magistracy in Bucarest. He had many international working experience, either as a Visiting Professor in universities across Europe (Reims, Strasbourg III, Zaragoza, Limoges, Nantes University etc.) or as a Associate Research within CREOP Limoges, and also within European professional networks. |
