RAPHAËLE PARIZOT - PROFESSOR OF CRIMINAL LAW
Raphaële Parizot is a Professor of private and criminal law at the University of Poitiers, vice-president of the Association de recherches pénales européennes (ARPE) and general secretary of the Archives de politique criminelle.
She is a Doctor in law from the Universities of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Ferrara; her PhD’s thesis “Criminal responsibility and organized crime. The symptomatic case of criminal conspiracy and money laundering in France and in Italy” has been publicated in 2010.
She was a maître de conférences at the Ecole de droit de la Sorbonne (University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne) between 2007 and 2011.
She teaches Criminal law (general and special part), Criminal procedure, Execution of the punishments, European criminal law, Law for children and young persons, Law and literature.
Her researches are focused on criminal law and procedure, especially in a perspective of comparative law and European law.
