Marta Muñoz de Morales Romero, born in 1981, since june 2013 is a Criminal Law Researcher at the University of Castilla-La Mancha. From 2011 to 2013 she was Assistant Lecturer of Criminal Law at the Institute of European and International Criminal Law. Since 2007 she is teaching Criminal Law, General Part and Special Part and European Criminal Law. She has also participated in seminars and lectures on European Criminal Law and/or Spanish Criminal Law at the Universidad CORUNIVERSITARIA de Ibagué (Colombia), the Universidad Pública de Córdoba (Argentina) and Universidad Estatal de Río de Janeiro (Brazil). She has also taught at the IE University (Segovia, Spain) and has been Visiting Professor at the Seconda Università degli Studi di Napoli (Italy). She participated to several research project, including in 2010-2013 the project “The principle of legality at supranational level”, developed with the financial support of the Consejería de Educación y Ciencia (JCCM), and in 2012-2014 the project “Towards a rational evaluation of European criminal laws”, developed with the financial support of the Ministry of Education and Innovation. |
