JULIETTE TRICOT - ASSOCIATED PROFESSOR
Juliette Tricot holds a PhD in European criminal Law. Her dissertation, written under the supervision of Prof. Mireille Delmas-Marty at the University Paris 1 (Panthéon-Sorbonne), was a study on the influence of EU law on the principle of legality. She has participated since 2003 to several international research projects on the internationalization and Europeanization of criminal Law (notably : -EU projects on judicial cooperation, criminal liability of legal entities, the European Public Prosecution Office; and UNODC supported Projects on the implementation of UNCAC and on the role of the private sector in anti-bribery policies). From 2010 to 2014, she has been a member of a research Team at the Collège de France. She is a senior lecturer at the University Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense where she teaches mainly criminal law, but also property law and business law.
