IOANA CURT - LECTURER IN CRIMINAL LAW

Ioana Paula Curt (born in 1989) is a Ph. D. student under Professor Florin Streteanu’s guidance. She is also an Associate Assistant Professor, teaching Criminal Law – The General Part at the Faculty of Law of the Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. One of her main research fields regards alternatives to prison detention in the new romanian penal legislation. She is the co-author of the monographic study entitled “Renuntarea la aplicarea pedepsei. Amanarea aplicarii pedepsei” (The Waiver of a Penalty. The Adjournement in Contemplation of Dismissal), Universul Juridic, Bucuresti, 2014. In addition she has published 5 other articles in high graded national law reviews.
